Exterior Construction

Exterior Construction provides repairs to all hardscape and building exteriors. The unit also provides demolition, excavation, and large special equipment operation services. Additional services include:

• Exterior repairs including:
  • Masonry, tile, and interlocking pavers
  • Forming and pouring concrete slabs, curbs, steps, and building block walls
  • Installation of exterior signs, lettering, banners, benches, and bollards
• Demolition, excavation and assistance for the following trades: central plant, plumbers, electricians, metal shop, grounds department, and project managers
• Identify and grind, repair, and replace concrete and asphalt that pose trip hazards
• Operate backhoes, bobcat, skid steer loaders, augers, and compaction equipment
• Operate boom truck, street sweeper, and tilt-frame roll-off truck
