Electrical shop provides service and repair for the campus electrical system where the voltage is less than 600V. This includes building electrical power, electrical circuits, as well as low voltage cabling such as telephone, CAT5, and CAT6 cable. Services include:

• Diagnosing and restoring electrical power when needed
• Maintaining of the blue light emergency phone system
• Maintaining the campus lighting system, including street lights, parking lot lights, walkway lightings, and building lights
• Retrofitting campus lighting with energy efficient lighting, occupancy sensors, and daylight sensors
• Cabling installation of CAT3, CAT5, and CAT6 phone and data cable
